The Associate Account Manager supports the Senior Account Managers in managing and growing key enterprise accounts. This role will have a hand in strategic proposals, new business and existing sales support, project coordination, monthly reporting, and marketing initiatives. Support Senior Account Managers in day-to-day account operations, ensuring multiple projects progress on time and within scope Assist in the preparation of pitch decks, client presentations, meeting agendas, product assortments, and pricing proposals Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records, contracts and pricing Track sales performance, inventory availability, and demand forecasts; flag risks and opportunities proactively Draft and manage day-to-day client communications, including meeting recaps, timelines, and action-item follow-ups to ensure accountability Monitor invoicing, billing accuracy, and financial remittance in partnership with Care and Finance Teams Coordinate product samples, testing, and approvals to ensure quality standards and timely execution Assist with local installations, site visits, and onsite client meetings Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance account efficiency, scalability, and client experience Provide ad-hoc reporting and insights to support account strategy, renewals, and growth opportunities What you'll bring to the table...
