The Account Executive - Sports Sales plays a critical role on our high-performing Sports Advertising Sales team, driving revenue across a premium portfolio of live sports, tentpole events, and year-round programming. This role is responsible for accelerating growth across linear, streaming/CTV, and digital platforms through strategic, data-driven client partnerships. This role focuses on growing existing accounts while securing new business through strategic partnerships, with an emphasis on high-impact sports inventory, sponsorships, and branded content. YOUR DAY-DAY: Build and grow strategic relationships with key clients and agencies to drive revenue across live sports and cross-platform offerings Develop and execute integrated sales strategies leveraging Linear, CTV/Streaming (OTT), Digital, Social, Audio, and Experiential assets Prospect and close new business through existing relationships, industry networking, and targeted outreach Create customized, insight-driven marketing solutions aligned to client KPIs (e.g., reach, engagement, attribution, performance) Package premium sports inventory (live games, tentpoles, sponsorships) with branded content and cross-platform extensions Own full sales lifecycle-from pipeline management and forecasting to deal execution and post-campaign analysis Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, with a focus on YoY growth Ensure flawless campaign execution across all touchpoints (orders, trafficking, sponsorships, integrations, billing, and collections) Partner cross-functionally with sales support, marketing, research, pricing, and operations to deliver best-in-class client outcomes Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, account plans, and CRM documentation YOU HAVE: 5+ years media sales experience; sports and/or premium video preferred Proven ability to exceed revenue goals and close $1MM+ deals. Expertise in multi-platform sales (CTV/Streaming, Advanced TV, Digital, Linear) Strong agency/client relationships (sports, entertainment, film a plus) Experience with sponsorships, branded content, and custom integrations Solid understanding of data, targeting, and measurement (attribution, outcomes) Strong presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills A thorough understanding of the sports marketplace, the players, and the levers that are moving the marketplace. Eligibility Requirements: Must be willing to work from office in New York Employment/education will be verified Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis Flexibility to support a live sports calendar, including occasional non-traditional hours Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, live events, and industry engagements SALARY RANGE Base Salary- $100,000 - 130,000 + Bonus + Benefits.
