• a BA/BS w/ 5 additional years of experience (15 years total) may be substituted for the MA/MS degree requirement

The GMT Advanced Test Analyst provides Analysis and Advisory Services to MDA in planning, scheduling, integrating, and managing multiple test labs and centers as they support Missile Defense System (MDS) ground and/or flight tests. The candidate will collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders and test team personnel to ensure availability of required assets. This position requires an energetic candidate who can manage multiple tasks while operating in a high operations tempo environment. This full-time salaried position serves onsite with the client in Huntsville, Alabama. Duties of a Test Analyst may include: Capable of leading completion of tasks while having the ability to communicate effectively across multiple organizations, verbally, electronically, and in writing Possess exceptional technical writing and government reporting/documentation skills -- present complex technical or programmatic information in a clear manner tailored to the intended audience Able to work independently and able to lead teams to solve problems related to test planning, integration, and/or execution. Must possess a high level of proficiency in collaborating with large cross-functional teams and interacting with the technical customers and senior technical managers Develop working group-level and executive-level charts for Mission Planning meetings /reviews Support planning, integration and execution for Pre-Mission Test (PMT)/System Pre-Mission Test (SPMT)/ and System Post Flight Reconstruction (SPFR) events Manage schedules and control access and usability for Prime Contractor Integration Lab (PCIL) / Integrated System Test Center (ISTC) -1 / Integrated System Test Center (ISTC) -2 test labs Support the Advanced Research Center (ARC) to ensure test software is available for installation Deliver all media to Cyber Software Security Review (CSSR) for compliance Distribute Daily Status Reports (DSRs) during test event execution Responsible for security of the lab during PMT/SPMT/SPFR events Support the MDA Test Design organization; conduct assessments of network and test architecture to ensure system test design results in sufficient data collection during events
