Reporting to the Area Director of Sales, you will lead the charge in driving growth across the Baltics - winning new business, strengthening key partnerships, and unlocking commercial opportunities from our base in Riga. A key part of this role will also be representing the Baltic region across international trade shows, fairs, roadshows, workshops, and industry events - actively promoting our hotels and destinations, building strategic relationships, and driving business into the region from international markets.
