Houseman (Part-Time Weekend) Job Description Position Title: HOUSEMEN Schedule: Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays Hours: Approximately 12-15 hours per week (4-5 hours per day) Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Houseman to assist with event setup, maintenance, and facility support during weekend operations. This role is responsible for ensuring event spaces remain clean, organized, and guest-ready by performing setup, breakdown, and general maintenance tasks throughout the property. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Set up linens on event tables in the Tent and Rox room Blow out and clean tent spaces to ensure a neat and professional appearance. Set up, move, and replace flooring as needed for events. Distribute and place linens according to event specifications. Set up and break down tables, chairs, and other event furniture. Assist with room resets and event space preparation. Support banquet and event teams with operational maintenance needs. Transport supplies, equipment, and materials throughout the property. Perform general housekeeping and maintenance tasks as assigned. Complete miscellaneous projects and odd jobs to support daily operations and events. Ensure all work areas remain clean, safe, and organized.
