About you: 7+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, with a proven track record of selling into health plans, managed care organizations, or payer operations teams. Strong understanding of payer operations, including claims processing, utilization management, prior authorization, and member services workflows. Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with long deal timelines and procurement processes. Ability to translate technical AI/automation capabilities into clear business value for payer decision-makers across both operational and clinical audiences. A data-driven approach to sales, with proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track pipeline and performance. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to navigate large, matrixed payer organizations.
Requirements
- Experience selling AI-driven, automation, or SaaS solutions to health insurers or managed care organizations.
- Familiarity with payer core systems, claims platforms, utilization management tools, and healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR, EDI 837/835).
