- It is the responsibility of the Fountain Worker to supply efficient and courteous service to our guests while displaying salesmanship and friendly hospitality skills. This position must also show a high level of professional and personalized guest service.

- Follow standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating, and storing all products.
- Complete assigned side work.
- Turnover/takeover station according to established procedures.
- Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment, multiple tasks to be managed under time constraint.
- Must be able to handle heavy business volume and sensitive situations relating to staff and guest problems, in a timely manner & be able to grasp, hold, reach, bend, push-pull, and/or lift to 50 lbs.
Requirements
- Must have 6 months previous barista experience, Starbucks experience preferred.
- Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner.
- Must present a neat and professional appearance.
- Work requires attention to detail and accuracy.
- Work requires interactions with customers, the public and co-workers.
- Work requires use of a computer and/or cash register.
- Previous experience as a barista trainer or training baristas.
- CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Food Handlers certification
- Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time with frequent bending, stooping, and lifting.
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25-50 pounds unassisted in the performance of specific tasks as assigned.
- Must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
- WORKING CONDITIONS
- Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment and exposed to various environmental factors such as but not limited to noise, dust and smoke.
- Close spaces while working with others.
- Able to work in outside weather conditions when needed.
