- Strong project management, structuring, and presentation skills.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets (Excel, Python, SQL).
- Proven experience in data modelling and analytics projects.

Context: The Commercial Support & Strategy team is a transversal team within the Supply & Energy Management (S&EM) business platform in APAC. Reporting to the BP leader, the team plays a hands‑on role in driving commercial excellence, strengthening cross‑functional collaboration, enabling business transformation, optimizing processes, and supporting data‑driven decision‑making across the platform. Role: Reporting to the Head of Commercial Support & Strategy, the Commercial Support & Analytics Officer will contribute to a broad range of initiatives spanning process optimization, analytics, digital transformation, AI‑enabled tooling, and strategic market intelligence. This role sits at the intersection of business, data, and transformation, and will work closely with Front Office, support functions, IT, and regional stakeholders.
