About the role
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Partner with the headquarters team in Switzerland to support strategic decision making through financial planning, performance analysis, and constructive challenge of cost structures. Set business priorities in close collaboration with functional leaders and proactively support them in delivering agreed cost targets. Review and challenge financial reporting with a focus on business performance, cost management, and compliance with accounting standards. Partner with supply chain finance stakeholders to drive initiatives that enhance service levels while optimizing working capital. About you We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following: University degree or equivalent higher education, preferably in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of professional experience in a multinational environment, ideally in business controlling, commercial finance, or supply chain controlling within FMCG, luxury, retail, or consulting. Strong business partnering capabilities with a proactive, performance-driven, and consulting-oriented mindset, combined with the confidence to constructively challenge senior stakeholders. Solid experience in financial planning, performance analysis, cost management, and translating data into actionable recommendations for decision-making. Good understanding of operational and supply chain drivers, including logistics costs, inventory, service levels, and working capital, with the ability to connect operational performance to financial outcomes. Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills, with a structured problem-solving approach and strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with the ability to summarize complex topics into clear messages, insightful reports, and practical recommendations. Experience working in matrix organizations and collaborating effectively across finance, commercial, and operations or supply chain teams. Strong systems knowledge, ideally including SAP, advanced Excel skills for modelling and scenario analysis, PowerBI experience, and confident use of PowerPoint. Fluent written and spoken English.
