Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience utilizing social sciences as related to integrated prevention programs to evaluate, consult, and advise in a variety of settings toward the prevention of destructive/problematic behaviors to include suicide, sexual harassment/ assault, substance misuse, family/interpersonal/workplace violence. Experience demonstrating the ability to appropriately identify, implement, and evaluate prevention methodologies. Experience identifying needs, trends, and performance measures to evaluate program effectiveness and provide recommendations for process improvements. Experience providing technical assistance and prevention training/education to a wide variety of audiences.
