Introduction to the job Space planning and managing data such as Factsheet, utilization and Re portfolio to ensure functionality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Role and responsibilities - Responsible for planning and managing the utilization of space in various locations of the organization in TW & SEA , while ensuring optimal functionality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. - M anage the space planning to optimize the housing demand and supply and to combine this with an efficient and effective housing plan - Management data for Office and Industrial space in Planon . - Collecting and report out Factsheet report. - Leading the communication with NL counterpart collaboration. - Supporting admin / data gather work for new portfolio actions. - In charge of space code planning. Education and experience Bachelor / Master degree in business management, project management, facility manage or similar. - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, business analyzed with interpersonal and effective communication skill
