Marketing and Social Media Internship

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and growing our social channels with a focus on short-form video content.
• Brainstorm, create, film, and edit engaging content such as product features, try-ons, trend-based videos, voiceovers, and lifestyle content.
• Support content planning, scheduling, and publishing across social media channels.
• Monitor social media trends, emerging formats, creators, and consumer insights to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Identify, liaise, and build relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand partners to drive collaborations and campaigns.
• Coordinate influencer seeding, product kits, and promotional materials to ensure timely delivery.
• Support livestream activities, including product demonstrations, Q&A sessions, and promotional campaigns.
• Support social e-commerce initiatives including tagging products, updating storefronts, and responding to community questions in video comments and DMs
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and potential collaboration opportunities.
• Track, analyze, and report on content, campaign, and collaboration performance.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team as needed.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media, influencer marketing, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, XiaoHongShu etc.) and familiarity with social media management tools.
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• A keen eye for trends, aesthetics, and consumer behavior.
