Your next career opportunity You will drive AI-enabled biomarker discovery and digital twin models that inform prognosis and treatment in complex diseases. You will work with rich clinical and multiomic datasets, collaborating across disciplines and sectors to advance precision medicine. What you will deliver: Develop and refine LLM-based digital twins using TwinWeaver and DT-GPT for complex biomedical applications. Design and apply advanced computational and biostatistical methods to interrogate high-dimensional clinical and multiomic datasets. Identify actionable biomarkers of disease trajectory and drug response, supporting personalised and translational medicine. Build generalisable data-processing frameworks and systems biology models that integrate diverse molecular and clinical data. Supervise research students, contribute to publications and grants, and present findings at seminars and conferences. You may be a great fit if you: Hold a PhD and MD focused on primary care, molecular and computational biology, with biomarker discovery from EHR. Bring strong expertise in primary care, machine learning, molecular biology and computational biology for complex disease research. Demonstrate hands-on experience fine-tuning deep learning and large language models for biomedical applications. Possess advanced Python and-or R programming skills, including data analysis, visualisation and multivariate statistical modelling. Offer substantial experience with large health datasets, high-throughput sequencing data and data-driven computational discovery. Value collaborative, multidisciplinary research environments and show readiness to co-supervise research students and lead projects. For further information, please refer to the attached PD.
