Requirements
- What your background is:
- 1+ years of experience in a phone-based contact center environment.
- Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma required.
- Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
- Must pass background checks, credit screening, and drug testing
- Office hours 8:30am-5:00pm PST
- Bilingual English/Spanish ability encouraged
