Responsibilities
- Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on filling equipment, isolators, lyophilization equipment, vial washers, autoclaves, parts washers, and automatic vial inspection systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in collaboration with Responsible Engineers and Manufacturing personnel

- Work independently on routine assignments while applying advanced troubleshooting skills to more complex issues
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and small projects as assigned by the Supervisor
- Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call support schedule
Requirements
- Willing and able to work rotating shifts, extended hours, and weekends as required.
- Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At minimum, one year of direct maintenance and mechanical experience
- Experience performing corrective and preventative maintenance on some or all of the following: filling equipment, isolators, lyophilization equipment, vial washers, autoclaves, parts washers, automatic vial inspection systems
- Understanding of electrical and basic control systems
- Proficiency with hand and power tools used in maintenance and repair
- Proven ability to accurately document maintenance activities
- Ability to independently troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate appropriately
- Physical requirements of the ability to climb ladders, crawl into tight spaces, lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods (up to 3 hours at a time)
- Experience with some or all the below cleanroom and aseptic environment requirements: Strong understanding of gowning procedures, including aseptic gowning qualification and compliance expectations
- Ability to perform work while fully gowned (coveralls, gloves, goggles, respirators as required) for extended periods
- Knowledge of contamination control principles, including minimizing particulate and microbial exposure
- Experience supporting aseptic processing equipment (e.g., isolators, filling lines)
- Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a cGMP-regulated environment with strict adherence to documentation practices
- At minimum, one year of direct maintenance and mechanical experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments
- Completion of a 2-year technical, trade school, or apprenticeship program

- The base compensation range for this role is: $25.96-$34.13
- Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
