Job Summary Responsible for shaping the end-to-end user experience of our products, from initial concept through to final implementation. Works closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to design intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling interfaces that meet user needs and business goals. Conducts user research, creates wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and iterating based on user feedback and testing. Possess strong problem-solving abilities, a deep understanding of design principles, and a passion for creating impactful user experiences. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. May lead teams or projects and shares expertise. Job Description Core Responsibilities Focus on observations, research and analytics. Translate high-level ideas into tangible, user-centered requirements. Coordinate with the rest of the product design team and product managers to create consistent experience language and seamless user flows across products. Develop workflows, wireframes, visual designs, specifications and interactive prototypes. Present design rationale to stakeholders and the wider business. Collaborate with the rest of the product team to discover, define, and prioritize design work. Share your knowledge in design review sessions to socialize design and raise team profile across the organization. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
