About the role

As a Product Designer at Commure, you'll design intuitive productivity experiences for healthcare providers. Your work will span interaction, systems, and service design, grounded in a user-centered process that balances provider needs, business goals, and technical possibility. You'll simplify complex, multi-dimensional workflows and contribute across the full product lifecycle: discovery research, ideation, iteration, and client launch. We're a build-oriented team, so fluency in AI-native design tools and processes is a plus. About You: You're proactive, detail-oriented, and effective under ambiguity. You are a strong communicator both in writing and collaborative settings. You thrive in fast-paced environments and bring genuine curiosity to understanding healthcare, from clinical workflows to the business and operations of running a practice. You don't just execute PRDs and hand off specs; you help define the problem and you stay engaged through execution. Logistics: This is a full-time, on-site role based at our headquarters in Mountain View, CA, with occasional travel to client sites for field research and direct user engagement. This posting covers multiple open roles across Commure.
