Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled .NET Developer / Architect with strong expertise in WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) and experience working with Flux-based architecture/tools. This role involves designing and building rich desktop applications, driving architectural decisions, and ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain desktop applications using WPF and .NETArchitect scalable and maintainable solutions using modern design patternsImplement and manage Flux/Redux-style state management in desktop applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, backend, and QAOptimize application performance, responsiveness, and memory usageDefine coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelinesConduct code reviews and mentor junior developersIntegrate APIs, third-party components, and backend servicesTroubleshoot complex technical issues and provide robust solutionsRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong experience with C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core / .NET 6+Deep expertise in WPF, including:MVVM patternData binding, commands, and dependency propertiesCustom controls and stylingHands-on experience with Flux architecture Experience with state management frameworks/toolsSolid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patternsExperience with XAML, UI performance tuning, and responsive designStrong debugging and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience as a Specialist Experience with Reactive Extensions (Rx.NET)Knowledge of multithreading, async/await, and concurrencyExposure to microservices or backend APIs (ASP.NET Core)Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesUnderstanding of UI/UX best practices for desktop applications B.E, M.E 6-8
