We are seeking a senior level Technical Program Manager. This position will work closely with a cross-functional team of software engineers, hardware design engineers, quality assurance engineers, product managers, manufacturing partners, and others to get products developed, tested, and released on schedule.
Responsibilities
- We're excited if you have
- 7+ years of program management
- Engineering background with an excellent understanding of hardware and software processes
- Extensive experience in consumer products or other high-volume products
- Solid understanding of product development lifecycles
- Significant experience working with JDMs/ODMs/OEMs/CMs
- Proven ability to manage geographically dispersed teams
- Proficient at creating and tracking complex development schedules using Microsoft Project, Excel and other programs
- Capacity to own and execute multiple programs simultaneously
- Proven ability to achieve results in a fast-moving and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Propel, Agile or other PLM tools
- Experienced with Jira and/or other tracking tools
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline required
- Fluent in English
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have good organizational skills and be detail-oriented
- Ability to work effectively cross-functionally
- Willingness to travel at least 4 to 6 times a year including some international travel
