Company location: 865 Mountbatten Road, #5-08, Katong Shopping Centre, Singapore 437844 Job Description The trainee will support Lumera's marketing, branding and e-commerce activities under the guidance of the Business Development Director. Key responsibilities include: - Assist with product descriptions, social media captions, FAQs and customer education content. - Support website, marketplace and social media content updates. - Help prepare launch and post-launch marketing materials. - Maintain consistent brand messaging across online platforms. - Conduct basic competitor and market research. - Review customer feedback and online engagement. - Coordinate with designers, service providers and internal stakeholders where required. - Prepare simple marketing summaries and improvement suggestions. Job Requirements - Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident aged 40 and above. - No direct marketing experience required. - Candidates with experience in administration, sales, customer service, retail or operations are welcome. - Able to communicate clearly in English. - Comfortable using basic computer applications and online platforms. - Willing to learn about digital marketing, branding and e-commerce. - Organised, responsible and open to guidance.
