- What You Bring
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering required
- 3-6 years of E&I maintenance or reliability experience in manufacturing
- Strong troubleshooting skills in power systems, motors, drives, and instrumentation
- Experience with distributed control systems (FOX DCS preferred)
- Data-driven problem solving and root-cause analysis capability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team-based plant environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to provide occasional off-hours technical support
