Requirements
- Degree in GIS, Geospatial Science, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional GIS experience with a BA/BS (or 6+ years with AA/AS).
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal supervision on technical project delivery.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex requirements into actionable technical plans.
- Demonstrable experience with quality, metadata, governance, and security practices within enterprise geospatial environments.
- Proficiency in English, verbal and written, with emphasis on technical GIS communication (CVs must be submitted in English).
- Technical Stack
- ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online.
- Experience Builder / Web Experience, dashboards/visualization.
- Python/ArcPy, SQL.

As a Senior GIS Consultant/Analyst, you will apply your expertise in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), spatial data management and database technologies to support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of complex and high-profile projects. Leveraging the Esri technology stack (mobile, desktop and web), alongside ETL tools such as FME, you will lead the sourcing, management and development of high-quality geospatial data and products. You will enable project teams and clients to effectively visualise, interrogate and interpret spatial information, supporting robust decision-making and reporting. In this role, you will proactively identify opportunities to enhance and streamline geospatial workflows, driving efficiency and innovation across project delivery. As part of a centre of technical excellence, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, standards and best practices. Working closely with Project Managers and technical leads, you will build strong relationships and apply your consultancy skills to champion the value of geospatial solutions, engaging confidently with clients and stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes.
