What your day might look like No two days are the same, but you will spend your time: Partner with leaders across Australia & New Zealand to provide hands-on HR support by implementing people strategies aligned to business goals Coaching managers to build confident, capable teams and navigate people matters Providing practical advice on employee relations, HR processes, policies, and legislation Supporting the full employee lifecycle - from contracts to performance and development Helping drive performance outcomes through coaching, reviews, and succession planning Identifying growth opportunities and supporting learning & development initiatives Lead and support change management activities across the business Preparing HR reports, documentation, and contributing to key HR projects Collaborating with the broader HR team to deliver a seamless employee experience
