Planner

Responsibilities

• Production Planning : Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
• Material Planning : Forecast and plan raw material requirements, ensuring timely procurement and minimal stockouts.
• Capacity Management : Assess machine and manpower capacity to optimize utilization.
• Inventory Control : Monitor stock levels, reduce excess inventory, and maintain accurate records.
• Coordination : Liaise with production, procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align schedules.
• Data Analysis : Use ERP/MRP systems to analyze demand forecasts, lead times, and production efficiency.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements for better workflow.
• Skills & Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering .
• 2-5 years of experience in production or material planning.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .
• Good communication and teamwork abilities .
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
