Role Overview We are seeking multiple Health & Safety Advisors to join our team. Applications are welcome from candidates currently based in Europe. In this role, you will ensure all projects are delivered safely and to the highest standards, working closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors across multiple sites. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile, mission-critical European projects. Key Responsibilities Drive health and safety best practices across multiple projects Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to implement robust safe systems of work Monitor H&S performance and report findings to senior management Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented Promote a positive safety culture across all projects and teams Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline, with a recognised professional qualification (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) Minimum 3+ years' proven experience in a H&S advisory role within construction, ideally in roofing, cladding, or façade projects Strong working knowledge of EU and local H&S legislation and regulations Proven ability to lead and influence project teams on-site to maintain high H&S standards Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and travel to European sites as required Currently based in Europe with a valid European passport Valid driving licence for travel to project sites Proactive, highly organised, and solutions-focused, with a strong commitment to promoting a positive safety culture Competitive salary, commensurate with experience Rotation working arrangement with international project exposure Opportunity to work on high-profile, mission-critical projects Clear career progression within a growing organisation Supportive environment with a strong focus on professional development and wellbeing Crown is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all suitably qualified candidates.
