Responsibilities

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in warehouse management, inventory logistics, manufacturing, material planning, procurement, or engineering.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control processes.
- Familiarity with U.S. Government Property requirements.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and handle materials up to 25 lbs.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (future security clearance may be required).
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic manufacturing environments.
- Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering, or Supply Chain (or 8+ years of professional experience in lieu of a degree).
- Experience developing AS9100 D-compliant processes.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing strong teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Expertise in handling high-value, environmentally sensitive electronic components.
- Forklift, pallet jack, and general material handling experience.
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Organized and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- As required by the Equal Pay Transparency Act, Epirus provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
- For the state of California only, the range of starting pay for this role is:
- $96,300 - $138,100 USD
