Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from initiation to closure

  • Experience & Qualifications
  • 8-15 years in project management within manufacturing industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings
  • Knowledge of fabrication, machining, welding processes
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (LN Cloud preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD
  • Experience with Power BI / Excel dashboards (preferred)
  • Understanding of ISO standards (9001/14001/45001)
  • Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
  • Problem-solving and decision-making, team collaboration
  • Commitment to safety and company values
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • On-Time Delivery (OTD) > 90%
  • Project budget accuracy
  • Project cost monitoring and control

Project Team Lead The Project Team Lead will be responsible to ensure smooth execution of projects by coordinating with internal teams and delivering customer orders on time with quality and efficiency, while closely working with Planning, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, and Global PM teams.
