Senior Vice President - Pomona - HK

Responsibilities

• Lead the firm's business development and IR efforts mainly for Korea related business.
• Maintain, enhance, and develop relationships with the firm's both existing investors and prospective investors in Korea.
• Cultivate new business opportunities in Korea for both institutional and retail opportunities.
• Assist in data analytics for both IR and marketing-related materials and questionnaires upon clients' inquiries.
• Coordinate between investors and multiple areas of the firm such as HK Team, Investment Team, IR Team, and Data/Finance Teams.
• Position involves frequent travels between Hong Kong, Korea, and New York.
• Maintain Client Relationship:
• After developing an in-depth understanding of the firm, its portfolio and client base, this professional will help the team prepare responses to client or prospect requests.
• Work with team on investor inquiries and due diligence requests (DDQ, RFPs) and process
• Drafting responses
• Conducting the analysis
• Help coordinate the annual meeting and road show
• Positioning and Marketing Communications :
• The candidate will enhance Pomona Capital's position as a leader in the secondaries industry by helping in the maintenance and development of marketing materials. This will include the following:
• Proficient in both English and Korean language
• Analyze data for marketing-related materials and questionnaires
