Responsibilities

  • Acting as the office administrator for the site including managing office supplies, filing, organization of travel, recording and storing of documentation
  • Providing full administrative support to the Site Manager.

  • Strong communicator, fluent in English, other languages an advantage
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and manage your own workload
  • Salary £30-£35,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Additional Information

Kanadevia Inova is hiring an experienced Site and Facilities Assistant to join our construction project team to support on the construction of the Tees Valley ERF located in Redcar. This position is offered on a 24 month fixed term contract (FTC) basis, starting mid-July 2026 . Due to the nature and responsibilities of the role, you will be required to be based on the site for 100% of your working hours, therefore this role would likely be more suited to those living locally or within an easy commute to the site.
