Requirements
- Experience scheduling staff across multiple shifts or service areas.
- Supervisory experience, including responsibility for staff oversight.
- Experience developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Experience performing accounting, financial tracking, or billing-related tasks.
- Experience working in a high-level customer service role with responsibility for resolving complex issues.
