Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and support project delivery.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, governance materials, and management presentations.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, and action items.
• Support testing, validation, and implementation of business solutions.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and technology adoption.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using AI-powered tools for productivity, analytics, or automation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
