Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates by understanding their career goals and managing their expectations throughout the hiring process. Oversee administrative matters related to candidates, including payroll processing and benefits coordination. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and support company growth. Manage client accounts by understanding hiring requirements and delivering suitable talent solutions. Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment operations and client satisfaction.
