Es sential Duties & Responsibilities: Receive and verify incoming shipments by inspecting quantities and descriptions against packing lists and SAP records, performing SAP receipt transactions, labeling items accurately, and routing materials to inspection when required . Coordinate material flow and communication by working with Supply Chain Analysts on purchase order adjustments, delivering non ‑ inventory packages to appropriate departments , and ensuring timely and accurate distribution of received goods. Store and organize inventory by placing materials in designated locations- shelves, racks, or storage areas-in an orderly and efficient manner to maintain warehouse organization and accessibility. Pick, verify, and ship customer orders by ensuring accuracy of materials picked (including serial number scanning when applicable), packing products per GF Signet Marking and Shipping guidelines, and completing SAP shipping processes such as entering transportation details and performing Post Goods Issue. Support warehouse operations and inventory accuracy through participation in cycle counting, put away , and Kanban refill activities as needed to maintain smooth and efficient material management. Complete Role Standard Work and deliver all other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Basic understanding of warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping. Ability to accurately read and interpret work orders, packing lists, and shipping documents . Basic proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems for transaction processing . Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment tasks . Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED required . 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment. Basic experience with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or hand scanners preferred. Forklift experience preferred. Familiarity with ERP or WMS systems a plus . Working Conditions / Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds . Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
