- Coordinate interviews, onboarding activities, and employee travel.

- Project & Systems Support
- Maintain project documentation, compliance records, and tracking logs.
- Provide administrative support within Procore and other business systems.
- Track software licenses, subscriptions, and user access.

- Serve as the primary front desk contact for visitors and incoming calls.
- Coordinate conference rooms, office meetings, and workplace logistics.
