Job Summary Synechron is seeking a skilled Java and React Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. This role plays a critical part in creating secure, user-friendly systems that deliver seamless experiences across web and mobile platforms. Software Requirements Required: Java (version 11+), Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST API development, React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Git, Maven, Jenkins, SQL databases (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL), Docker, Kubernetes (preferred) Preferred: Redux, TypeScript, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines), Cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP) Experience level: 5+ years supporting full stack development with Java and React in enterprise environments Overall Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable backend services and React-based frontend applications Design secure REST APIs and integrate backend and frontend components to deliver seamless user experiences Build reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product owners, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions Optimize application performance for responsiveness, security, and scalability Support CI/CD pipeline setup and automation of deployment workflows Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across backend and frontend systems Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers Maintain technical documentation, API specifications, and operational procedures Technical Skills (By Category) Programming Languages: Essential: Java (version 11+), React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 Preferred: TypeScript, Redux, additional scripting languages (Python, Shell) for automation Databases/Data Management: MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL; experience with complex queries, data validation, and schema design Cloud Technologies: Basic understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP deployment support (preferred) Frameworks and Libraries: Spring Boot, Hibernate, React.js, Redux, REST API, JSON, secure authentication standards (OAuth2/JWT) Development Tools & Methodologies: Git, Maven, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum, TDD/BDD (JUnit, Mockito, Jest) Security & Protocols: API security, data encryption, cross-site scripting (XSS), cross-site request forgery (CSRF) protection Experience Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development with Java and React Proven ability to develop scalable REST APIs and integrate backend and frontend components Experience working in enterprise environment supporting web and mobile applications Knowledge of microservices, containerization (Docker + Kubernetes preferred), and cloud deployment Industry experience in finance, banking, fintech, or enterprise-grade solutions is advantageous Day-to-Day Activities Develop and maintain scalable backend services and React-based frontend applications Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams during sprint planning, code reviews, and deployments Optimize application response times, security, and overall performance Troubleshoot issues across backend and frontend systems, conducting root cause analysis Support automation of build, test, and deployment pipelines in CI/CD environments Write and update technical documentation, API descriptions, and operational procedures Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and mentor junior developers
