About the role

We are looking for a Technology Operations Executive to support AKC's digital systems, internal tools, automation workflows, and IT infrastructure. Networking& Server Management - Configure, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and cloud environments. - Ensure security, reliability, and performance of IT systems. - Manage data backups, disaster recovery plans, and IT compliance. Applied AI& Analytics - Develop data-driven insights by leveraging AI, machine learning, and analytics tools. - Implement predictive analytics and automation for system optimizations. - Work with data visualization tools to present key business metrics. Simulations& System Optimization - Develop and maintain simulations for testing and training purposes. - Optimize system performance through real-world scenario modelling. - Utilize simulation tools and frameworks to enhance decision-making.

Requirements

• Nitec or Higher Nitec in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fields
• Basic to intermediate coding skills in Python, JavaScript, C#, Java, PHP, or similar
• Familiarity with databases, APIs, spreadsheets, dashboards, or reporting tools
• Interest in software development, automation, digital systems, AI tools, analytics, or simulations
• Strong problem-solving mindset, good communication skills, and can-do attitude
