This role is to backfill existing resource that is responsible for the following: Regulatory & Industry Reporting: Prepare assigned components of TOSS and ITSR reporting, perform review of overall TOSS submissions, and assume responsibility for submission to Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), ensuring regulatory compliance and audit readiness. Reporting includes MoM variance, data preparation for RBCT and other BNM/Industry Reporting. Financial Close & Management Reporting: Support month‑end financial close activities and assist in the preparation of management accounts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal reporting requirements. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Society Accounting: Oversee the preparation and maintenance of full sets of accounts for the CSR Society entity, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with applicable accounting standards, governance requirements, and audit readiness. Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with Finance, Actuarial, Expense, and IT teams to gather reporting inputs, address data issues, and support timely and accurate BAU reporting processes. Ad‑hoc & Governance Support: Perform and be responsible for vendors financial health assessments, and support accounting ledger management, regulatory follow‑ups, and management reporting requests to meet BAU operational requirements. Job Requirement: Education : Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree/ Professional Degree in Accounting/Commerce/Finance/ACCA/ CIMA/ CPA or pursuing professional qualification. Experience : More than 8 years' experience in finance/accounting with added advantage in insurance or takaful industry. Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
