The core of the team's work is focused on CLO (Collateralized Loan Obligation) portfolios , giving junior team members early exposure to structured finance and capital markets in a controlled operational environment. Virtus is offering a paid internship program for final-year students or recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience and start their careers in financial operations, with a strong focus on CLO-related cash and data processes. Successful interns may be considered for full-time employment based on internship performance and business needs.
