Social Media Admin - Mk-Inx-A-B14

Responsibilities

• Manage daily posting and scheduling across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Assist in developing engaging visual and written content aligned with brand guidelines
• Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement, responding in a timely and professional manner
• Track and analyse social media performance metrics and generate weekly reports
• Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns and promotional activities
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign planning, approvals, and content requirements
• Research trending topics, competitor activities, and platform updates to optimise content strategies
• Maintain and organise digital assets including visuals, captions, and content calendars

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Able to create engaging content with strong copywriting skills and basic graphic design proficiency
• Familiar with social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social
• Strong awareness of current social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms
