Accounting Technician

About the role

Key Responsabilities Record and manage CAPEX transactions, including depreciation and asset disposal processes. Monitor, reconcile, and maintain fixed asset records. Manage accounting processes related to rents and condominium expenses. Record and reconcile taxes and support tax compliance activities. Prepare and submit SAF-T files. Prepare internal control reports and management support reports. Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal procedures. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting and administrative matters. Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting roles. Experience with fixed assets accounting (CAPEX). Knowledge of rent and condominium accounting processes is an advantage. Understanding of taxation and statutory reporting obligations. Strong Excel skills. Excellent organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong sense of responsibility and accountability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive, results-oriented mindset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
