Responsibilities

  • You support project teams in the conception and implementation of design solutions within strategic communications campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
  • Working closely with experienced designers and consultants, you develop visual concepts and creative directions - spanning brand identities, internal and external campaigns, presentations, and digital formats.
  • You create a wide range of materials including infographics, social media assets, key visuals, presentation layouts, and moodboards - always with a keen eye for corporate identity and the strategic objectives of our clients.
  • You contribute to the further development of design guidelines and brand worlds, translating complex topics into visually compelling and accessible content for diverse target audiences.
  • What You Should Bring
  • You are enrolled in a design-related degree - Communication Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or a comparable - and are at least in your third semester.
  • You have ideally picked up some practical experience in an agency, creative studio, in-house design team.
  • You are confident in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and PowerPoint - and have a solid understanding of typography, color, composition, and visual language.
  • You in German and have very good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • You work well in a team, take feedback seriously, and stay on top of several projects running at once.
