They are currently in a strong growth phase and expanding their engineering organization in Taiwan. This is an opportunity for an experienced technical leader to help scale engineering operations, mentor high-performing teams, and contribute directly to the development of large-scale fintech platforms in a fast-moving startup environment. They are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and grow a Taiwan-based engineering team while working closely with product and leadership stakeholders in the United States. This is a highly hands-on leadership role suited for someone who started their career as a software engineer and still possesses strong technical depth, particularly in system design and architecture discussions. The ideal candidate combines strong engineering fundamentals with people leadership experience and thrives in environments that value ownership, execution speed, and high standards.
