Why Join Our Sales Team? - Clear promotion paths within our Sales Career Map, with defined milestones and skills - This job posting exists because we are promoting Sr. BDRs to Account Executive - Uncapped commissions with accelerators for those who surpass their targets - Transparent salary structure with competitive & established pay levels - A truly collaborative sales team environment, working closely with other BDRs, Account Executives, Management, and the broader Revenue Team (Customer Success, RevOps, Marketing, etc.) Know a CPA in your network? Salary is based on a number of factors including market conditions, location and may vary depending on job-related skills and experience. If you think your experience is most of the way there we'd still love to meet you! Please note this is a flexible hybrid role based out of Toronto, Canada. Employees will be expected to be able to commute to the office 1-2 times a week. However, for training & onboarding purposes, the in-office expectation time will increase.
