Responsibilities

- Required Skills:
- Work experience-Must
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in Finance - FP&A
- CA/ MBA with 4 to 6 years experience.
- (Skills/Competencies):
- Strong foundational knowledge in Financial Reporting and Analysis, Trend Reporting, and Data Reporting and Analytics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate findings clearly.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to communicate strongly and influence without authority
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Having a continuous improvement mindset
- Flexibility and a good team player
- IS experience
- Experience working with an ERP system - SAP/ Oracle experience is a plus
