Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide actionable insights into organizational performance and support strategic decision-making.
• Manage trend reporting activities to identify key financial patterns, variances, and emerging risks or opportunities.
• Lead data reporting and analytics initiatives to enhance the quality, accuracy, and effectiveness of business decisions.
• Drive the preparation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and support periodic forecast reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and manage the Long-Range Plan (LRP) for respective departments, ensuring strategic alignment and sustainability.
• Perform monthly variance analysis, identifying key drivers for gaps and providing clear explanations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance in financial data management.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with business stakeholders to foster collaboration, influence decision-making, and support business outcomes.
• Expected Outcomes:
• Deliver timely and accurate financial reports that aid in strategic planning and operational improvements.
• Identify and communicate trends and anomalies in financial data to stakeholders effectively.
• Contribute to a data-driven culture by providing actionable insights through analytics.
• Required Skills:
• Work experience-Must
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in Finance - FP&A
• CA/ MBA with 4 to 6 years experience.
• (Skills/Competencies):
• Strong foundational knowledge in Financial Reporting and Analysis, Trend Reporting, and Data Reporting and Analytics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate findings clearly.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to communicate strongly and influence without authority
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Having a continuous improvement mindset
• Flexibility and a good team player
• IS experience
• Experience working with an ERP system - SAP/ Oracle experience is a plus
• Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel (PowerPivot, Power Query, etc.)
• Experience and exposure to Alteryx and Tableau is a plus
