Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for the Psychiatry Residency Program
- Help build and implement program infrastructure, processes, and workflows
- Coordinate resident onboarding, orientation, and ongoing program requirements
- Manage accreditation documentation and ensure compliance with ACGME standards
- Develop and maintain resident schedules, rotations, and assignments (including rural rotations)
- Coordinate program logistics, meetings, and communication with faculty and leadership
- Lead resident recruitment efforts, including interview days, virtual fairs, and candidate experience
- Plan and execute events such as graduations, wellness initiatives, and program activities
- Track program data, documentation, and reporting requirements
- Support budget tracking, expense reconciliation, and program financial processes
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support rotating learners

Requirements
- Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, business, or education
- Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience in one or more of the following:
- Medical education program coordination
- Administrative or accreditation management
- Project management
- Educational or hospital systems
- Preferred:
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills (critical for success in a fast-evolving program)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, document creation)
