Join our SEA&I (Southeast Asia & India) Technology Customer Support Team as a Technical Project Manager. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the planning, budgeting, and execution of a diverse portfolio of technical investments and operational initiatives. You will bridge the gap between complex technology strategy and flawless execution across a matrixed, cross-functional organization. Portfolio Governance: Lead the annual and quarterly strategic planning lifecycles; build, maintain, and report on the healthy execution of the SEA&I Technology roadmap and operating plans. Financial Oversight & Operations: Manage comprehensive technology budgeting, forecasting, actuals tracking, purchase orders, and billings related to region-wide technology spend. End-to-End Delivery: Own project scopes, resource planning, schedules, and success metrics to ensure timely delivery of tech capabilities within an Agile framework. Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the central connector between engineering, product, and business teams to align technical execution with overarching organizational goals. Asset Lifecycle Management: Oversee physical and digital IT asset tracking-from acquisition through to disposal-ensuring strict alignment with global standards, financial metrics, and regulatory compliance. skills and experience required. Professional Background: Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of proven experience in technology project, program, and portfolio management. Technical & Infrastructure Domain: Solid foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, applications) and IT Service Management (ITSM). Methodologies & Frameworks: Deep understanding of Agile planning and execution, risk mitigation strategies, dependency management, and portfolio tracking. Systems & Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with delivery and collaboration platforms such as JIRA, Confluence, Airtable, or Smartsheet, as well as procurement/financial tools like Coupa.
