This is an opportunity to join an expanding technical team demonstrating marketing leading quality and innovation in the production of liquid chromatography, peptide synthesis and clinical and diagnostics consumables for a rapidly growing Biopharmaceuticals market sector. Working on site within the engineering team you will have the ability to make a real difference to one of Agilent's most prominent consumables businesses. Key responsibilities include working as part of a multi-discipline, cross functional team to: Working within a DSEAR compliant environment and understanding of required design and safety standards associated with hazardous area manufacture. Leading and documenting design, installation, acceptance, validation and verification testing whilst engaging external suppliers and collaborating with multidiscipline internal teams. Scheduling and conducting maintenance, calibration and installation activities in a live, fast paced production environment. Execute and support Management of Change control processes, determine and documenting risks and mitigation associated with any manufacturing change. Identifying new and emerging technologies that could be adopted to current production processes to drive efficiencies and create industry leading competitive advantage Represent the local team as part of global, cross disciplined project teams as part of the divisions Global Engineering team Work with a strong Continuous Improvement (CI) mentality in identifying, designing and implementing production efficiency improvements
