Job Title: Social Worker - Adult Safeguarding Team Location: Southwark Pay Rate: £33.76 per hour Job Description: Liquid Personnel is recruiting a committed and experienced Adult Social Worker for it client's Adult Safeguarding Team located at Southwark. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in protecting vulnerable adults from abuse, neglect and exploitation, ensuring their safety and well-being. What will your responsibilities be? Conduct thorough assessments of adults at risk to identify safeguarding concerns. Develop, implement, and review safeguarding plans in collaboration with clients and other professionals. Investigate allegations of abuse and neglect, ensuring appropriate actions are taken. Work closely with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to provide support and advocacy. Maintain accurate and detailed case records and documentation. Participate in multi-agency meetings and case conferences. Provide expert advice and guidance on safeguarding matters to colleagues and other professionals. Stay updated on legislation, policies, and best practices related to adult safeguarding.
