- Strong hands-on experience with Python and backend development frameworks such as Flask, Django, or similar.
- Strong experience designing, developing, and integrating REST APIs.
- Experience building automation frameworks and enterprise integration solutions.
- Good understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Experience working with MSSQL, PostgreSQL, or similar relational databases.
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
- Experience with dashboarding and data visualization tools such as Tableau is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced enterprise environment while collaborating effectively across distributed teams.
Requirements
- Experience within Unified Communications (UC), Voice Engineering, or collaboration platforms.
- Exposure to Webex, Verint, GitLab APIs, or similar enterprise integrations.
- Familiarity with JavaScript and frontend/backend integrations.
- Experience working with data processing libraries such as Pandas is a plus.
- Experience with cloud migration and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
