We are seeking several Mental Health Support Workers to join our Community and Mission team across the NENW based in Tamworth, Armidale & Inverall. This role provides recovery-focused, community-based support to adults living with long-term mental health conditions who are not funded under the NDIS. Working within a strengths-based, person-centred model, you will support individuals to build skills, increase independence, and remain connected to their communities. You will collaborate with internal teams and external service providers across the New England Northwest region to support positive outcomes and improved quality of life.
